Hi Brian! I agree whole-heartedly with your statements about God not hating, killing or despising anyone because they are different. God loves ALL people- regardless. There is nothing we can do to lose His love.
This blog exists because I believe in a God that is vastly different than the angry, condemning God that was portrayed to me during my early years.
A vegetarian lifestyle is very healthy. I wear my wedding band for the same reason as you and I commend you for showing your wife that respect. Jeans, t-shirt & barefeet is my favorite style. So we do have some things in common. :o)
Sometimes life feels like we're pushing against a big boulder and getting nowhere doesn't it?! However, perhaps never giving up is the most important thing...

PS. As the owner of 3 cats, I thought this was hysterical. For those without speakers, one cat meows and it sounds like it's saying, "hello", another cat says, "Ma-ma", a third cat says, "I Love you, love you, love you" the fourth cat says a whole bunch of nothing. :o)
